1 Getting to know you and your wedding
Discovering suppliers that align with your stationery vision is essential. This phase focuses on building a connection with you and your partner, understanding your desired aesthetics, and creating the perfect ambience for your special day. We recommend connecting through direct messages on Facebook or Instagram for real-time communication. This allows us to easily exchange images and ideas, helping us better understand your vision.
2 Booking In
At this stage, we will have a solid understanding of your vision for your wedding day, and we’ll be ready to move forward with a quotation.
Based on our discussions, we will provide you with a detailed quotation. This will include a breakdown of all essential elements of your design, as well as any extras that can make your stationery more personalised, memorable, and luxurious.
If you are happy with the estimate and would like to proceed, the next step is to confirm your booking and secure your place on our production plan. The production date will depend on our availability and your specific needs.
To confirm your booking, and to secure a place on our production plan, a deposit of 50% of your total order will be required. Once received, we will send our contract for you to sign, and you will also need to complete a discovery questionnaire. This questionnaire is designed to capture all the details needed to complete your custom stationery design.
3 Designing and proofing
Now, let's dive into why you chose to work with me – it's time to unleash our creativity. Ensuring that your stationery seamlessly compliments your wedding day is our top priority, so alignment is key.
Now we have the creative direction and all the right information to design your wedding stationery, the fun begins! During the first round I will provide with a design for you and your partner to peruse, this can be refined until you're completely happy with your design.
Once you are completely happy with your design and you have approved the digital proofs, we will start printing and assembling.
4 Delivery
Once we have thoroughly checked your order, it will be time for you to receive it. Depending on your location, your stationery will either be delivered directly or shipped to your address.
